1) Validity

The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between the company Freya Care and its customers. When ordering, the customer confirms that he has read and agrees with the general terms and conditions.

2) Offer:

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) for deliveries within Switzerland and in Euro for international deliveries. The listed prices and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery times, availability and errors excepted. 

3) Delivery times:

There are usually delivery times of 1-3 business days within Switzerland and for all EU countries. For customers outside the EU, please allow 5-15 working days. We reserve the right to extend these delivery times for some target countries as there may be delays due to customs clearance. If there is a delivery bottleneck for a product, we will contact you immediately. 

4) Shipping:

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, we always ship our goods with Swiss Post (with PostPac Priority) up to 2 tubes, from 3 tubes with Economy. For international shipments, our items are sent with DHL. Subsequent deliveries, which arise through our fault, are at the expense of Freya Care. 

5) Payment & Shipping costs

Payment for goods ordered from Freya Care is made by cash in advance, credit card, Klarna, Paypal and on account, with 14 days payment period.

The shipping costs are 5.5 Swiss francs for up to 2 tubes, 8.5 Swiss francs for up to 9 tubes and free shipping for 10 tubes or more.

For business customers apply all deliveries are free of shipping costs.

30 days payment period.

6) Warranty:

We guarantee our customers an unbroken chain of hygienically optimal conditions, strict quality controls, flawless production as well as the authenticity of the items we sell. The toothpastes are produced and filled in Switzerland according to strict GMP guidelines.

The quality of the products and customer satisfaction are our priority.

7) Return Policy:

Products that do not meet your expectations and have quality defects, send back to us after prior consultation within 7 days at your own expense.

8) Privacy:

Your trust is important to us, therefore we protect your data. We use your customer information exclusively for the order process.

10) Legal Notice:

Swiss as well as European law is applicable.
