It can be applied to your teeth using a toothbrush, a cotton swab, or directly with your fingers. The more frequently you use the mineral care and the longer you keep it in your mouth, along with the saliva produced during application, the more effective the results will be. The Mineral Care Protection & Care can be applied up to three times a day, as needed.

Applying the Mineral Care Protection & Care is very simple. It can be used either directly before going to bed or up to three times a day in between – ideally after brushing your teeth. To do this, apply a pea-sized amount of the dental care product to the surfaces of your upper and lower teeth using your finger or a toothbrush. For hard-to-reach areas such as between your teeth, use either an interdental brush or dental floss to apply the product.

Leave the Mineral Care Protection & Care product in your mouth for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, keeping the resulting saliva in your mouth. The longer you keep the dental care product and saliva in your mouth, the more effective the results will be. Do not rinse your mouth after spitting, and refrain from eating or drinking for the first 30 minutes after application.
